I recently had a sports massage with Yari, and it was exactly what I needed. The pressure was spot on—not too light, not too intense—allowing for deep muscle relief without discomfort. Yari also incorporated stretching and mobility work, striking the perfect balance to enhance flexibility without overstretching.
One of the highlights was the muscle scraping technique (also known as gua sha or IASTM). Yari explained how it helps break down scar tissue, improve blood circulation, and promote faster muscle recovery—and I could definitely feel the benefits. My muscles felt looser, and the usual post-workout tightness was significantly reduced.
