I Love Massage is an online advertising and listing platform for independent massage therapists, spas and salons.

The platform allows advertisers to create and maintain listings promoting their massage services and allows visitors to search for and contact advertisers directly.

I Love Massage does not provide massage services.

We do not employ, engage, supervise, manage or control the therapists, spas or salons advertised on the platform. Advertisers operate independently and are solely responsible for the services they provide and their interactions with clients.

I Love Massage is not an agent, employer, representative, partner or service provider of any advertiser.

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the I Love Massage website and services.

By accessing, registering with or using I Love Massage, you agree to these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and any other policies published on the platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Advertisers are responsible for reviewing these Terms before creating, purchasing or renewing a listing.

I Love Massage provides advertising, listing and promotional services only.

Our role is limited to providing an online platform through which independent massage therapists, spas and salons may advertise their services.

Clients contact advertisers directly.

I Love Massage is not involved in the provision of massage services or in any agreement, appointment, booking, transaction or other arrangement made between an advertiser and a client.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, I Love Massage does not:

• provide massage treatments or other services advertised by users
• employ or engage advertisers
• supervise advertisers while providing services
• control how an advertiser provides their services
• handle payments between clients and advertisers
• participate in appointments or bookings between users
• guarantee the identity, qualifications, insurance, licensing, conduct or suitability of an advertiser
• guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability or outcome of any service

Any appointment, booking, payment, service or other arrangement made between a client and an advertiser is made directly between those parties.

All therapists, spas and salons advertising on I Love Massage operate independently from I Love Massage.

Nothing contained on the platform creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, representative or similar relationship between I Love Massage and an advertiser.

Advertisers determine their own availability, prices, working arrangements, locations and services, subject to the advertising and content standards of I Love Massage.

I Love Massage may moderate what is permitted to appear on the platform. This does not mean that I Love Massage supervises, directs or controls an advertiser’s activities, conduct or services outside the platform.

Fees paid to I Love Massage relate solely to advertising, listing, promotional and platform services.

Payment allows an advertiser to display a listing for the relevant subscription or advertising period, subject to compliance with these Terms and our policies.

Payment to I Love Massage does not constitute payment for a massage treatment or any service provided by an advertiser.

I Love Massage does not receive or collect payment on behalf of therapists for massage appointments unless expressly stated otherwise on the platform.

Any payment made directly by a client to an advertiser is an arrangement solely between those parties.

Advertisers are solely responsible for:

• the accuracy of information appearing in their listing
• the services they advertise and provide
• their conduct
• ensuring that they are legally entitled to provide the services advertised
• any qualifications, registrations, licences or insurance required for their work
• complying with applicable laws and regulations
• determining their own prices and availability
• collecting their own service fees
• communications and arrangements with clients
• the safety and suitability of their working environment
• maintaining appropriate boundaries with clients
• services provided during appointments
• any claims, disputes or complaints arising from services they provide
• their conduct before, during and after an appointment

Advertisers must not use I Love Massage to advertise, request, promote or facilitate unlawful or prohibited services.

Advertisers remain responsible for their own actions and omissions regardless of how a client originally found or contacted them.

Clients are solely responsible for their decision to contact, book or engage an advertiser.

Clients should make any checks they consider appropriate before arranging an appointment, including asking an advertiser about qualifications, insurance, pricing, treatment suitability, location and any other matter important to them.

Clients enter into any appointment, booking, service or private arrangement with an advertiser directly and at their own discretion.

I Love Massage does not participate in, attend, control or supervise appointments between clients and advertisers.

I Love Massage is intended for legitimate massage and related wellness services that are permitted under UK law and comply with our platform policies.

The following must not be advertised, requested, promoted or facilitated through I Love Massage:

• sexual, erotic or adult services
• sexual contact or sexual acts
• unlawful services
• misleading or deceptive services
• content promoting or facilitating criminal activity
• services that breach I Love Massage policies

Any listing, content or account that breaches these requirements may be rejected, suspended, restricted or removed.

Private conduct between individuals that takes place outside the services advertised on I Love Massage is outside the operation and control of the platform.

Where we receive credible information indicating that an advertiser may be using I Love Massage itself to advertise or facilitate prohibited or unlawful activity, we may investigate the matter and take appropriate action concerning the advertiser’s listing, content or account.

Advertisers may submit profile descriptions, photographs, service information, prices, availability and other listing content.

Clients may also be permitted to submit reviews or other content.

This material is user generated content.

Users are responsible for ensuring that anything they submit is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights.

Users must not submit content that:

• is unlawful
• is knowingly false or misleading
• is defamatory
• impersonates another person
• infringes intellectual property rights
• unlawfully discloses another person’s private or personal information
• contains sexual, explicit or adult material
• promotes prohibited services
• promotes or facilitates criminal activity
• contains threatening, abusive or discriminatory material
• contains malicious or unsupported allegations presented as fact
• otherwise breaches these Terms or our policies

Photographs submitted to I Love Massage must appropriately represent the advertiser, their staff or their premises.

Images must be suitable for a massage advertising platform.

We may refuse, edit or remove photographs that we consider inappropriate for the platform, including images containing nudity, sexually explicit material, sexually suggestive presentation, misleading representations or other content inconsistent with our standards.

I Love Massage may crop, resize, optimise or make reasonable presentation adjustments to submitted images for website display.

Submitting an image does not guarantee that it will be accepted or published.

I Love Massage moderates content submitted to the platform.

We may review, edit, reject, restrict, suspend or remove content where we reasonably believe that it:

• breaches these Terms or our policies
• may be unlawful
• may expose users to harm
• may infringe another person’s rights
• is false or misleading
• is inappropriate for the platform
• promotes a prohibited service
• may create a safety or legal concern

Moderation of a listing, photograph or review does not mean that I Love Massage endorses, verifies, guarantees or takes responsibility for the advertiser, client, service or content concerned.

Although we take reasonable steps to moderate content, we cannot guarantee that every inappropriate, inaccurate or unlawful piece of content will be identified immediately.

Users may report content or activity that they reasonably believe breaches these Terms, our policies or applicable law.

Reports should include enough information for us to identify the listing, review, account or content concerned and understand the nature of the complaint.

Where appropriate, I Love Massage may:

• review the relevant listing or content
• request further information from the person making the report
• request information from the advertiser
• temporarily restrict content
• remove content
• suspend or terminate an account
• preserve relevant records
• take other reasonable platform action
• refer a matter to an appropriate authority where required by law

Making a report does not automatically establish that an advertiser or another user has done anything wrong.

We will consider the available information before deciding what platform action, if any, is appropriate.

I Love Massage is not responsible for investigating private disputes that do not relate to the use of the I Love Massage platform or the services advertised on it.

Users must not use I Love Massage, its reviews or its reporting facilities to publish unsupported allegations concerning another person’s private medical or health information.

I Love Massage cannot diagnose, verify, confirm or make assumptions regarding the medical or health status of an advertiser, client or any other individual.

We are not a medical service and cannot determine whether an individual has or may have any medical condition, infection or disease.

Where a person believes they may have a medical condition or may have been exposed to an infection, they should seek appropriate medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider.

Nothing in this section prevents a user from making a genuine report concerning unlawful activity, prohibited content or a breach of these Terms.

Complaints concerning content appearing on I Love Massage or the operation of the platform may be submitted using the contact information or reporting facilities provided on the website.

When making a complaint, users should provide:

• the relevant listing, account or content
• the reason for the complaint
• sufficient information for us to understand the issue
• any relevant supporting information reasonably available to them

We may request further information where necessary.

I Love Massage will consider complaints relating to the use of our platform and content published through it.

I Love Massage is not a dispute resolution service for private disagreements, personal relationships, private financial arrangements, medical disputes or other matters between independent advertisers and clients that do not concern the operation of the I Love Massage platform.

I Love Massage provides an online advertising and listing platform only.

All therapists, spas and salons listed on I Love Massage operate independently.

I Love Massage does not provide massage services and is not a party to any booking, appointment, agreement, transaction, communication, service or other arrangement made between an advertiser and a client.

All communications, bookings, appointments, payments, treatments, services and other arrangements between advertisers and clients are made directly and solely between those parties.

I Love Massage does not supervise, control or monitor the conduct of advertisers or clients during appointments or during any private interaction between them.

Where users communicate through WhatsApp, telephone, SMS, email, social media or any other third party service, those communications take place outside the I Love Massage platform and are not monitored or controlled by I Love Massage.

The fact that a client first became aware of, found or contacted an advertiser through I Love Massage does not make I Love Massage a party to any subsequent relationship, appointment, communication, transaction, service or private arrangement between those individuals.

Advertisers are solely responsible for their own conduct and for the services they provide.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions to contact, book or engage an advertiser.

Private interactions, arrangements or activities between an advertiser and a client that are not part of the massage services advertised on I Love Massage are outside the operation and control of I Love Massage.

Subject to applicable law, I Love Massage is not responsible for disputes, claims, losses, injuries, damages, conduct or other matters arising solely from services independently provided by an advertiser or from private interactions between advertisers and clients.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that I Love Massage cannot lawfully exclude or limit.

Reviews must reflect the reviewer’s genuine experience.

Reviews must not contain knowingly false, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful or misleading material.

Reviews must not be used to publish unsupported allegations concerning another person’s private health, medical information or other sensitive personal information.

Reviews may be moderated before or after publication.

I Love Massage may refuse, edit or remove reviews where they breach these Terms, our policies or applicable law.

Moderation or publication of a review does not mean that I Love Massage verifies or accepts responsibility for every factual statement contained within it.

I Love Massage may suspend, restrict or remove an advertisement, account or content where we reasonably believe that:

• these Terms have been breached
• prohibited services are being advertised through the platform
• content may be unlawful
• false or misleading information has been provided
• another person’s identity has been misused
• an advertiser is using the platform inappropriately
• continued publication could expose users or the platform to significant risk
• removal or restriction is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law

Where appropriate, we may request information from an advertiser before deciding whether further action is necessary.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that does not meet our advertising standards.

I Love Massage is not a dispute resolution service for private disagreements, personal relationships, private financial arrangements, medical disputes or other matters between independent advertisers and clients that do not concern the operation of the I Love Massage platform.

Advertising fees relate solely to listing, advertising and promotional services provided by I Love Massage

Advertisers are responsible for reviewing the price, duration and conditions of the selected advertising service before making payment.

Any cancellation or refund entitlement will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented when the relevant advertising service was purchased.

Where an advertisement is removed or suspended because of a breach of these Terms or our platform policies, this may affect any entitlement to a refund, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

I Love Massage does not provide the massage or other services advertised on the platform.

Advertisers are independent service providers and are solely responsible for the treatments and services they provide, their conduct, their working practices and their dealings with clients.

I Love Massage does not accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of an independent advertiser or client where I Love Massage itself has not caused or contributed to the relevant loss or harm.

Subject to applicable law, I Love Massage is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, disputes, claims, costs or liabilities arising solely from:

• services independently provided by an advertiser
• the acts or omissions of an independent advertiser
• the conduct of an advertiser or client
• appointments or arrangements made directly between users
• private interactions between advertisers and clients
• communications taking place through WhatsApp, telephone, SMS, email, social media or other external services
• payments made directly between advertisers and clients
• services or activities that were not provided by I Love Massage
• private conduct occurring outside the I Love Massage platform
• any personal relationship or arrangement subsequently formed between an advertiser and a client

The use of I Love Massage to initially find or contact an advertiser does not make I Love Massage responsible for that advertiser’s subsequent actions, services or private interactions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by I Love Massage’s own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

The appearance of an advertiser on I Love Massage does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of that advertiser.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, I Love Massage does not independently verify every qualification, licence, insurance policy, identity document or factual statement made by an advertiser.

Moderating or approving an advertisement means only that the advertisement has been considered for compliance with our platform content standards.

It does not mean that I Love Massage has certified, investigated, guaranteed or approved the advertiser’s conduct or services.

Users should make their own enquiries where qualifications, insurance, experience, identity or other matters are important to their decision.

I Love Massage takes reasonable steps to prevent the platform from being used to publish prohibited or unlawful content.

We maintain content standards, moderation processes and reporting procedures intended to identify and address inappropriate or potentially unlawful content.

Users must cooperate with reasonable requests for information relating to suspected breaches of these Terms.

Where we become aware of content that we are legally required to remove, restrict, preserve or report, we may take the actions required under applicable law.

We may also suspend or restrict accounts while a serious report is being reviewed where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in these Terms removes or replaces any statutory obligation that may apply to I Love Massage under applicable online safety legislation or any other law.

Users retain ownership of content they submit to I Love Massage.

By submitting content, the user grants I Love Massage a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to host, reproduce, store, resize, crop, optimise, modify for presentation, display and promote that content for the purposes of operating and marketing the platform.

The user confirms that they own the submitted content or have all rights and permissions necessary to provide it to I Love Massage.

Users must not upload photographs, text or other material belonging to another person without appropriate permission.

The licence granted to I Love Massage ends when the content is permanently removed from the platform, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, security, dispute or record keeping purposes.

Personal information is processed in accordance with the I Love Massage Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

Users must not submit, publish or disclose another person’s personal information without a lawful basis or appropriate authority to do so.

Users should not use reviews, listings or other public areas of the platform to disclose another person’s private medical, financial or other sensitive personal information.

I Love Massage may contain links or buttons leading to third party websites or services, including WhatsApp and other external communication platforms.

Those services are operated independently from I Love Massage.

When a user leaves I Love Massage and communicates or interacts through a third party platform, that interaction is governed by the relevant third party’s own terms and privacy practices.

I Love Massage does not control private communications carried out through third party services.

Subject to applicable law, I Love Massage is not responsible for the availability, security, content, conduct or privacy practices of third party services.

I Love Massage may update these Terms where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes to the platform, applicable law, regulation, security requirements or our policies.

The current version and the date of the latest update will be published on the website.

Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.

Where a change materially affects existing contractual rights, we will take reasonable steps to bring the change to affected users’ attention where required by law.

Users may stop using the platform at any time, subject to any existing advertising subscription or contractual obligations.

I Love Massage may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the platform or remove content where reasonably necessary because of:

• a breach of these Terms
• a breach of our platform policies
• suspected unlawful activity
• prohibited content or services
• platform safety concerns
• misuse of the platform
• legal or regulatory requirements

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

If I Love Massage does not immediately enforce a right or provision under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right or provision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any mandatory legal protection or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Questions regarding these Terms may be submitted using the contact details provided on the I Love Massage website.

Reports or complaints concerning a specific advertisement, account, review or other content should include sufficient information for us to identify the content concerned and understand the nature of the issue.

Where a report concerns conduct taking place privately outside I Love Massage, we may ask the person making the report to explain specifically how the matter relates to content or services advertised through the I Love Massage platform.
