My journey into professional massage began in Madrid in 2007. Since then, massage has become much more than a profession for me. It is something I have continued to study, practise and develop through years of hands on experience and a genuine interest in the body, health and wellbeing.
My training includes Shiatsu Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, hand and foot Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Chiromassage, alongside Oriental and Asian massage techniques, Naturopathy and continued research into modern health sciences.
Over the years, I have developed my own approach to massage, bringing together techniques from the different disciplines I have studied. Rather than following the same routine for every client, I adapt each treatment according to your individual needs, preferred pressure and the areas of the body that require the most attention.
This combination of different traditions is an important part of the way I work. If you prefer stronger, more focused bodywork, Deep Tissue Massage and Sports Massage can concentrate on areas of muscular tightness and everyday tension. Shiatsu and other Oriental techniques offer a different approach, while Reflexology focuses specifically on the hands and feet.
For clients who simply need time to slow down, I can also create a gentler and more relaxing massage experience using essential oils with an organic base, aromatherapy and massage oils.
My private massage space is located in Bayswater W2, Central London, approximately a 10 minute walk from the station. The apartment has a spacious, warm treatment room with calming music and candlelight, creating a peaceful environment where you can settle in and enjoy your treatment without feeling rushed.
A spacious bathroom is available, and large, soft, fresh towels are provided for your comfort.
