Julia visited my hotel last night. I was extremely tired and my whole body ached after long, hard training and competitions. She immediately showed herself as a professional massage therapist, gave me a very hard 2 hours deep Tissue, massaging all the tight muscles, did a lot of stretches, and recommended taking a 20-minute hot shower immediately after the massage, I followed her advice, after that, I slept for 10 hours without waking up.
