We spoke with the agency regarding this review. They explained that, following the client's complaint, a refund was offered as a gesture of goodwill. However, the client chose not to accept the refund and instead proceeded with this review. We appreciate all feedback and encourage clients to contact the agency directly so that any concerns can be addressed and resolved promptly.
I saw Aura this week. While it was a very hot day and the massage on my back was great, the massage on the front was virtually non-existent, and I was rushed out 15 minutes early. This is the second time this has happened to me when using this agency. I messaged the agency afterwards and was told that Aura was tired because of the heat and asked why I didn't request a front massage. Frankly, I find that response ridiculous. If I'm booking a massage, I shouldn't have to ask to receive a complete massage. Very disappointing.
