Coming from a competitive swimming and sporting background, I have a good understanding of the body, muscular tension and post training recovery. I take a personalised approach to every appointment, so you can let me know what you are looking for and I can adapt the treatment accordingly.
Deep Tissue Massage: A firmer, more focused treatment working deeper into the muscles to help ease built up tension and tightness. This can be a good choice if you train regularly, feel muscular tension or simply prefer stronger pressure.
Relaxing Massage: A slower, soothing full body massage using warm oils and gentle, flowing movements. The focus is on helping you switch off, unwind and enjoy some peaceful time away from the demands of the day.
Sensory Touch Massage: A very gentle treatment using soft, light and delicate massage techniques. This is a slower experience focused on relaxation, body awareness and a calming sense of touch.
I can also combine two massage styles within the same appointment. Simply let me know at the beginning of your session and I can tailor the treatment to your preferences.
All treatments take place on a comfortable massage table in a clean, private environment with soft lighting and relaxing spa music. Shower facilities are available before and after your appointment.
